Law firm, Olsson Frank Weeda Terman Bode Matz, P.C. renewed its lease for 20,766 square feet on the fourth floor at 1400 16th Street, NW.
“This firm was one of the first tenants in the building when it opened in 1988, and we’re delighted they’ll be remaining with us for the foreseeable future. The terms of the renewal terms give them the ability to expand to take the entire floor as their growth warrants,” stated Michael Gordon, Stout and Teague’s Vice President of Leasing.
