Stout and Teague has been active in Maryland throughout its history and has owned, managed, or developed many offices and residential areas in the state.
This 4-story, 50,256 sf office building is located in the Silver Spring submarket, at the intersection of New Hampshire Avenue and University Boulevard. It houses a variety of medical, legal and other professional organizations serving the local community. The building is adjacent to a planned Transit Center and future stop on the proposed Purple Line from Bethesda to New Carrollton.
This 212-acre parcel is located on the Calvert Cliffs on the Chesapeake Bay. Stout and Teague worked with Quality Built Homes to create a compact residential community on portions of the property outside of the Critical Area adjacent to the bay. Stout and Teague is now working with the State of Maryland on conservation strategies for the more environmentally sensitive land near the cliffs in lieu of development for estate homes.
